Stepping into the console room, the Doctor could not help but notice the various books and notes strewn about. He had reminded Adric multiple times to not leave his things lying around. Slowly, he started to gather them up.
It was late evening. The Doctor and Nyssa were sitting on a sofa in the TARDIS' immense library. Together they pored over the works of Jules Verne and Charlotte Bronte.
Tegan and Turlough were at it again. Another row. This one began with Turlough insisting it was Tegan's turn to do the laundry and Tegan calling Turlough a chauvinist. The Doctor intervened before things could escalate much further.

Grace took the watch from her pocket and lightly fingered it. It had been hard enough wrapping her brain around a guy with thirteen lives and two hearts. Now, that same guy showed up at her work a few months later talking about infiltrating a group of alien scientists who could track him down by analyzing his biodata and he needed her help in getting past their security check. She had watched in a mix of horror and amazement as he had collapsed to the floor of the TARDIS; his pupils glowing red and the odd pocket watch falling out of one of the pockets of his coat.

The Doctor reached. He stretched out his arm as long as he could and wiggled his fingers. He almost had it!
Suddenly his weight shifted and he rotated 180 degrees vertically. He found himself hanging underneath his broomstick, the landscape flashing by. The golden snitch flew around him in a mockingly whirr, practically laughing.
He swiped at it, setting himself to swinging. He hastily grabbed his flying broomstick with both hands as he zoomed over the Quidditch pitch.
“Heads up, Sweetie!” River yelled and smashed a bludger toward him with her beater’s bat.
“Hey!” He clamped himself close to his broomstick, dodging the bludger which flew under him, too close. “You’re on my team!” he pointed out hotly, his hair streaming in the wind, bowtie fluttering.
“No I’m not, honey, I’m a Gryffindor.”
“I’m a Gryffindor too!” he yelled.
